Shareholders are referred to the SENS dated 23 September 2013 in which shareholders are informed that
Zaptronix has filed for business rescue with CIPC on the 16 September 2013.


Zaptronix is delisted from the JSE AltX board and is makes this SENS announcement because it does not have
electronic contact information for all its shareholders. Shareholders are requested to send their electronic contact
details to shareholders@zaptronix.co.za which will facilitate fast and efficient communication with shareholders in
future.


Pursuant to the decision to commence Business Rescue Proceedings Zaptronix Ltd Registration Number
1997/014928/06 has appointed Paul Anthony Allan as the Business Rescue Practitioner. A first meeting of
creditors is to be held on Tuesday 8 October 2013 at 14H30. The place of the meeting is Corporate 911
Boardroom, Benchmark Office Park, 1 Larch Nook Centurion. (Opposite Barlow World Toyota off South Road.)
Any other affected party or shareholder is also invited to this meeting.


The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
An attendance register for the meeting will circulated and signed by creditors and any other affected parties
present. The creditors present will be invited to submit proof of their claims. Where proof of a claim is not
submitted but the creditor is reflected in the accounting system the creditor will still be recognized for the
amount in the accounting system. The business rescue practitioner will express a limited opinion on whether the
affected parties are more likely to receive a better dividend in Business Rescue or Liquidation based on analysis
to date. The business rescue practitioner will give an overview of the business rescue process. The
business rescue practitioner will explain what the subsidiaries of Zaptronix are and how they are to be
valued and what the options are for these subsidiaries. The business rescue practitioner will explain the
benefit of having a creditors committee both to the creditors of the entity and to the business rescue
practitioner. Under Section 147 of the Companies Act of 2012, the committee of creditors may consult with
the practitioner about any matter relating to the business rescue proceedings, including the business rescue
plan but may not direct or instruct the practitioner. The committee of creditors may on behalf of the
general body of creditors receive and consider reports relating to the business rescue proceedings. The
committee of creditors and affected parties must act independently of the practitioners to ensure fair and
unbiased representation of their interests. The Creditors will have the option to elect a creditors
committee. General queries from any affected party present including all creditors and shareholders.
