DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES IN
CLICKS GROUP

Shareholders are advised that Clicks Group has received the following
notifications:

Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Limited has acquired further ordinary
shares in the company and its total beneficial interest has increased from 7.22%
to 16.52% of the ordinary shares in issue.

Baillie Gifford & Co has disposed of ordinary shares in the company and its total
beneficial interest has decreased from over 10% to 2.40% of the ordinary shares
in issue.

Clicks Group has filed the required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
