Application to List Shares


Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange to
admit 90,934 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each to the official list and to trading. These
shares have been issued following the exercise of options under the SABMiller plc Mirror
Executive Share Purchase Scheme.

Application has also been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange
for block listings totalling 2,200,000 Ordinary shares of US$0.10 each.

The Block listings consist of 1,200,000 shares to be issued under the SABMiller plc Mirror
Executive Share Purchase Scheme and 1,000,000 shares to be issued under the SABMiller
plc South African Executive Share Option Plan 2008.

Upon issuance the shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

An announcement regarding a block listing of 2,200,000 shares was released on 26
September 2013. It was decided not to proceed with this application and the information in
that announcement should be disregarded.
