Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of TCS will be held at 10:00 on Friday, 22 November 2013 at the First Floor, River Falls Office Park, Bush Willow Building Nr 3, Rose Avenue, Doringkloof, Centurion, to conduct the business stated in the notice of the annual general meeting, which is contained in the annual report. The board of directors of the Company determined that, in terms of section 62(3)(a), as read with section 59 of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), as amended, the record date for the purposes of determining which shareholders of the Company are entitled to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 15 November 2013. Accordingly, the last day to trade TCS shares in order to be recorded in the Register to be entitled to vote will be Friday, 8 November 2013. In terms of the JSE Listings Requirements, where an auditor’s report includes additional paragraphs in terms of the obligation to report reportable irregularities in terms of the Auditing Profession Act, this must be announced on SENS.
