In accordance with Section 3.83(b) of the JSE   Listings
Requirements, Sasfin hereby confirms that the Company has
received the following notice in terms of Section 122 of the
Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008:


     1. Mr RDEB Sassoon has informed Sasfin that he has acquired
       an additional indirect beneficial interest in the
       Company. Mr RDEB Sassoon has increased his indirect
       beneficial holding in the Company from 44.71% to 45.63%
       of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
