DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE RMH SHARE INSTALMENT

Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for RMB HOLDINGS LTD and that as a result
of the dividend declaration relating to RMB HOLDINGS LTD (RMH) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 104.5 cents per RMHNII share instalment that
is payable on Monday, 14 October 2013. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. STC
credits utilized equate to 6.32971 cents per share instalment. This results in a net dividend of
89.77446 cents per share instalment. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.

The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 04 October 2013. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 07 October 2013. The record date will be Friday, 11 October
2013.

RMB HOLDINGS LTD's income tax number is 99950/098/71/6.
