Meeting of shareholders held yesterday, 26 September
2013, all the resolutions as set out in the notice of
Annual General Meeting were duly approved by the
requisite majority of shareholders.

The special resolutions, where appropriate, will be filed
with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.
