RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of the shareholders of the
company held today, 23 September 2013, all the ordinary and special resolutions
proposed at the meeting, as set out in the notice of annual general meeting to
shareholders, were approved by the requisite majority of votes.

The special resolutions will be submitted for registration at the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
