Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report which
incorporates the annual financial statements of the Company for the year
ended 30 June 2013 was distributed to Shareholders today, 20 September
2013 and is available on the Company’s website at www.afgri.co.za. The
annual financial statements contain no modifications to the audited
consolidated results published on the Securities Exchange News Services
of the JSE Limited on 4 September 2013.

Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Notice is hereby given that the 18th AGM of the Company will be held on
Friday, 18 October 2013 at 10:00 at the AFGRI Building, 12 Byls Bridge
Boulevard, Highveld Ext 73, Centurion to transact the business as stated
in the notice of AGM (“the Notice”) included in the integrated annual
report.
