Correction of ISIN code

Shareholders are advised that the notice of annual general meeting posted to shareholders 
on 30 August 2013("the Notice") reflected the incorrect ISIN code. The correct ISIN code is 
ZAE000167318.

Confirmation of the date of the Annual General Meeting

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 29 August 2013.  
Buildmax hereby confirms that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at 
11:00 on Thursday, 3 October 2013 at The Country Club Johannesburg, 1 Napier Road, 
Auckland Park, Johannesburg, to transact the business as set out in the Notice.
