CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS: CHANGE IN FUNCTION



In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
SilverBridge (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Lee Kuyper CA(SA), an executive
director of SilverBridge, will also assume the role of Financial Director of the Company with effect from
11 September 2013. As such Mr Jaco Swanepoel, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, is no longer
fulfilling the role of acting Financial Director.
