Changes to the board and board committees

Keaton Energy announces the following board and committee changes:

   -   David Salter’s short-term assignment as executive chairman has ended and he has returned
       to being non-executive chairman of the group. Lizwi Mtumtum remains as Lead Independent
       Director;

   -   the company’s Remuneration Committee has been re-constituted to comprise Lizwi
       Mtumtum (chairman, lead Independent non-executive director), Gerard Kemp (Independent
       non-executive director) and David Salter (non-executive director); and

   -   the company’s Nomination Committee has been re-constituted to comprise David Salter
       (chairman, non-executive director), Lizwi Mtumtum (lead Independent non-executive
       director), Paul Sadler (Independent non-executive director) and Gerard Kemp (Independent
       non-executive director).

The above changes are effective immediately.
