APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Directors of AVI (“the Board”) is pleased to announce
the appointment of Michael Koursaris to the Board as an executive
director. The appointment is made with effect from 9 September
2013.

Michael joined AVI in 2002 as Business Development Analyst and was
appointed to the role of Business Development Executive in January
2011.
