UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE REVERSE LISTING OF ARDOR AND THE VARIOUS
ACQUISITIONS AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Further to the announcement on 04 July 2013, the Company hereby confirms
that it has finalised negotiations in securing the required minimum
investment to allow the issue of vendor guarantees enabling the transfer of
the minimum portfolio to Ardor. Ardor has also negotiated additional
capital which will be applied to extend the minimum portfolio.

Full underwriting of the minimum capitalisation required by the company has
been secured by way of institutional underwriting guarantees.

Ardor will on receipt of the funds proceed to acquire the minimum portfolio
and apply for the lifting of the suspension of the trading in the shares of
the company on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) as soon as the
conditions for relisting have been met.

The salient dates for the issue and listing of the new shares in Ardor to
be allotted and issued pursuant to the acquisition of the minimum portfolio
will be announced once the transfer of the minimum portfolio has been
finalised.

As previously announced investors and/or shareholders are permitted to
continue to subscribe for shares up to the date of the listing of the
securities to be allotted and issued pursuant to the acquisition of the
minimum portfolio.

Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in
their shares until a further announcement is made.
