RETIREMENT OF AN INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Unitholders are referred to the announcement dated 19 July 2013 relating to the intention of Mr
Rainier to retire as a Non-Executive Director.

Unitholders are accordingly advised that the Financial Services Board has approved the retirement
of Mr Rainier, effective 31 July 2013.

Upon the retirement of John Rainier, who was MD and later non-executive director of Fountainhead,
the Board would like to pay tribute to his many years of devoted service to Fountainhead. We wish
him happiness and success in his future endeavours.
