TRADING STATEMENT

Shareholders are reminded that the company has changed its year-end from 31 March to 30
June each year in order to align its year-end with that of its holding company. The company
accordingly prepared audited financial statements for the fifteen months ended 30 June 2012
and these reflected a headline loss and loss per share of (3,49) and (3,83) cents per share
respectively.

The company is required to compare the expected headline earnings and earnings per share
for the 12 month financial year period ending 30 June 2013 to the year-end results for the
fifteen months to 30 June 2012. Shareholders should take note that the periods being
compared are not strictly comparable due to different trading patterns and conditions.

Shareholders are therefore advised that it is anticipated that headline earnings and loss per
share for the twelve months ended 30 June 2013 will be 2,43 and (0,08) respectively per
share compared to a headline loss and loss per share of (3,49) and (3,83) cents per share
respectively for the 2012 financial year.

This financial information has not been reviewed by or reported on by the auditors of the
group.
