RECTIFICATION OF INCORRECT NUMBERING OF ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS ON PROXY FORM
AND POSTING OF AN AMENDED PROXY FORM

Shareholders are advised that there is an error on the form of proxy which
was sent together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting dated 19
June 2013 (“Notice”), in that the order of the ordinary resolutions which
are numbered 6 and 7 in the Notice has been reversed on the proxy form. In
this respect, the ordinary resolution which is numbered 6 on the proxy form
is referred to in the Notice as ordinary resolution number 7 (relating to
the approval of the remuneration policy) whilst the ordinary resolution
which is numbered 7 on the proxy form is referred to in the Notice as
ordinary resolution number 6 (relating to the general authority to
directors to allot and issue ordinary shares).

In view of the above, an amended proxy form with the correct numbering and
description of ordinary resolutions numbers 6 and 7, in alignment with the
Notice, was posted to shareholders on 28 August 2013.

Shareholders should note that the proxy form contained in the Notice is no
longer valid and is replaced by the amended proxy form.
