Mr. M P Mocke has been removed as an executive director of the Company; and 2. Mrs. J M K Matlala has been removed as an executive director of the Company. Appointments: 1. Mr. J T Kleinhans has been appointed as an non-executive director of the Company; 2. Mr. C A Hall has been appointed as an non-executive director of the Company; and 3. Mr. C H Rickens has been appointed as an non-executive director of the Company.
