CHANGE OF SPONSOR

In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 2.6 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the company wishes to advise that Java Capital Trustees and Sponsors Proprietary
Limited has resigned as sponsor to the company with effect from 1 December 2013.

Upon a new sponsor being appointed, the company will publish an announcement advising
shareholders of same.
