RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION
OF NAMAQUALAND MINES

With reference to the proposed acquisition by Trans Hex’s 50%
held company, Emerald Panther Investments 78 (Pty) Limited of
Namaqualand Mines from De Beers Consolidated Mines Limited
(“DBCM”), Shareholders are advised that the terms of the
agreement between DBCM and the State regarding the State’s 20%
interest in Namaqualand Mines have not yet been finalized.
Shareholders are therefore advised to continue to exercise
caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a
further announcement is released.
