RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The annual general meeting of RAC ordinary shareholders was held today, Wednesday,
28 August 2013. The RAC ordinary shares are not listed on the JSE. All the ordinary
resolutions and the special resolution, as set out in the notice of annual general meeting to
ordinary shareholders dated 28 June 2013, were approved by the requisite majority of
shareholders.
