Trading statement and cautionary announcement


Trading statement for the six month period ended 31 August 2013

In compliance with paragraph 3.4 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
a listed company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are 
satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists, that the financial results 
for the next period to be reported on are likely to vary by more than 20% from 
the previous corresponding period.

Shareholders are advised that the Company continues to perform positively and 
expects earnings to be between 17.0 and 20.0 cents per share and headline 
earnings to be between 20.0 and 24.0 cents per share for the interim period 
ending 31 August 2013.

The financial information on which this Trading Statement is based has not been 
reviewed or reported on by the Companys auditors.

Shareholders are advised that the results for the six month period ending 
31 August 2013 will be released before the end of October 2013.

Cautionary announcement

Shareholders are advised that the Company has entered into negotiations, which, 
if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the 
Company's securities. Accordingly shareholders are advised to exercise caution 
when dealing in the Companys securities until a full announcement is made.
