CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE OF
THE COMPANY

In accordance with rule 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, shareholders of the Company are hereby advised of
the following changes to the board of directors and audit and risk
committee of the Company, which changes will be with immediate
effect:

1.   Mr. T B Hayter (“Trevor”) has resigned as independent, non-
     executive director and as member of the audit and risk
     committee of the Company; and

2.   Mrs. M J Krastanov (“Michelle”) has resigned as independent,
     non-executive director and as chairperson of the audit and
     risk committee of the Company.

The Ububele board wishes to thank Trevor and Michelle for their
invaluable contributions during their respective tenures as
independent non-executive directors of the Company and bid them
well with their future endeavours.
