NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company’s unaudited financial statements for the period from
26 October 2012 to 31 March 2013 (“financial statements”) and notice of annual general meeting were
dispatched to shareholders today, Tuesday, 27 August 2013. The financial statements contain no changes
from the financial statements which were released on the BSX and SENS on 8 August 2013.
The annual general meeting will be held at Block F, Hirzel Court, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2NN,
Suite 1 on Wednesday, 25 September 2013 at 2.00 p.m.
The record date on which shareholders must be recorded in the company’s share register in order to attend
and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 13 September 2013.
GoGlobal has a primary listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the Alternative
Exchange of the JSE Limited.
