NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that the company’s annual financial statements for the year
ended 28 February 2013 was posted to shareholders on 26 August 2013 and contains no
modifications to the reviewed results which were published on Sens on 15 May 2013.
Baker Tilly SVG, previously known as Charles Orbach & Company, audited these results
and the annual financial statements of the Group and their reports are available for
inspection at the registered offices of the company.

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Group will be held on Monday,
23 September 2013 at 10h00, at the Value boardroom, Value City, Essex Road, Tunney,
Germiston, to transact business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting.
