Whittaker, acquired 4,038 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company on 22 August 2013 at a price of
£3.09511 per share. Mr Underwood’s total beneficial holding following this acquisition is 11,346 ordinary
shares of 50p each (0.0012% of the total issued share capital of the Company).
