NAME OF THE COMPANY TO ESCALATOR INVESTMENT HOLDINGS
LIMITED “ESCALATOR” AND THE CONVERSION OF THE SHARE
CAPITAL TO NO PAR VALUE SHARES
Shareholders are referred to the results of general
meeting announcement and salient dates in respect of the
name change of the company and the conversion of the
share capital to no par value shares announcement
released on SENS on 1 August 2013 and are advised that
the special resolutions relating to the change of name of
the company and the conversion of the share capital to no
par value shares are still awaiting registration at
Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.
The Salient Dates in respect of the change of name of the
company to Escalator Investment Holdings Limited and the
conversion of the share capital to no par value shares
will accordingly be amended and the revised Salient Dates
will be released on SENS and published in the press as
soon as confirmation of registration of the said
resolutions has been received.
