APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN OF AND MEMBER OF THE REMUNERATION AND NOMINATION COMMITTEE


Mohammed Bhabha has been appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration
and Nomination Committee effective 21 August 2013


Mr Bhabha joined the board on 1 March 2010. He also serves on the Social
and Ethics and the Audit and Risk Committees.


Thabo Mosololi has been appointed as a Member of the Remuneration and
Nomination Committee effective 21 August 2013


Mr Mosololi joined the board on 21 May 2012. He also serves on the Audit
and Risk Committee.
