 RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR



In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Datacentrix (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Ms Thenjiwe Chikane has resigned as an
independent non-executive director with effect from 19 August 2013, due to personal reasons.

The Board thanks Thenjiwe for her contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future
endeavours.
