DISPATCH OF NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING TO ROCKCASTLE SHAREHOLDERS


Rockcastle, which holds a primary listing on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Limited (“SEM”) and a secondary
listing on the Alternative Exchange of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, advises its shareholders that the company
has today dispatched a notice of general meeting, to Rockcastle shareholders, which will be held at the registered
office of the company being Level 3, Alexander House, 35 Cybercity, Ebene, Mauritius at 10:00 Mauritian time
(08:00 South African time) on Friday, 13 September 2013 (the “general meeting”) in respect of the reduction of the
stated capital of the company.

The salient dates and times in relation to the general meeting are set out in the table below:
