RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY


Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary announcement
included in the results of the Company published on SENS on 28 June
2013 and are advised that matters referred to therein are still in
progress. The Company advises that no further correspondence has
been received from the plaintiff in regard to the cancellation of the
factory lease and is awaiting advice from its attorney in this
regard.

Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution
in dealing in their securities, until a further announcement is made.
