Bernard Swanepoel, previously the Chief Executive Officer of Village has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, replacing Roy Pitchford who has tendered his resignation. Ferdi Dippenaar has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Village. In further changes, Richard de Villiers, previously Human Resources Director, and Sandeep Gandhi, the Chief Financial Officer, have resigned. Marius Saaiman, current MD of Village’s platinum operations, has agreed to act as interim Chief Financial Officer, replacing Sandeep Gandhi.
