CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Metmar shareholders are advised that the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Metmar
(“Board”), Colin Bertram Brayshaw, retired from the Board with effect from Wednesday,
7 August 2013.

Mr Brayshaw has had a long association with the Company. He was first appointed to the Board
on 8 May 2006, and was elected as Chairman of the Board on 2 April 2008. The Board and the
management of Metmar would like to thank Mr Brayshaw for his valued contribution as a
member of the Board and wish him well in his retirement.

Mr L Matteucci has been appointed as acting Chairman until further notice.
