NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISTION AND DISPOSAL OF SHARES
ACQUISITION OF SHARES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the South African Companies Act,
No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company
has received a formal notification in the prescribed form that Foord Asset
Management (Proprietary) Limited on behalf of its clients (“Foord”) has
acquired an interest in the ordinary shares of the Company such that the
total interest held by Foord now amounts to 6.99% of the total issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
DISPOSAL OF SHARES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the South African Companies Act,
No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company
has received a formal notification in the prescribed form that Coronation
Asset Management (Proprietary) Limited on behalf of its clients
(“Coronation”) has disposed of an interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company such that the total interest held by Coronation now amounts to
13.25% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
