CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – APPOINTMENT TO AUDIT COMMITTEE


Further to the announcement released on SENS on 7 May 2013, in respect of the resignation of Greg Heron,
linked unitholders are advised that Gavin Tipper, the independent non-executive chairman, has been appointed
as a member of the audit committee with immediate effect. The appointment will be on a temporary basis and
until such time as the corporate restructuring, as discussed in the Interim Management Statement released on
18 July 2013, has been completed.
