NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

No change statement
With regards to the audited results for the year ended 28 February
2013, shareholders are advised that the annual financial
statements will be distributed to shareholders on or about 26 July
2013 and contain no modifications to the audited results which
were published on SENS on 08 May 2013.

Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Astrapak annual general meeting of
Ordinary shareholders will be held at Protea Hotel Fire & Ice,
Melrose Arch on Monday 2 September 2013 at 09:00 to transact the
business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming
part of the annual financial statements.

Salient dates
The notice of the Company’s annual general meeting has been sent
to its shareholders who were recorded as such in the Company’s
securities register on 19 July 2013, being the notice record date
set by the Board of the Company used to determine which
shareholders are entitled to receive notice of the annual general
meeting.

The record date on which shareholders of the Company must be
registered as such in the Company’s securities register in order
to attend and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 23
August 2013. The last day to trade in order to be entitled to vote
at the annual general meeting will therefore be Friday, 16 August
2013. Proxy forms must be lodged by no later than 09:00 on
Thursday, 29 August 2013. Any forms of proxy not lodged by this
time must be handed to the chairperson of the annual general
meeting immediately prior to the annual general meeting.
