Distribution announcement


Holders of Be Green securities (“securities holders”) are referred to the announcement dated 11 June
2013 setting out details of a possible quarterly distribution by Be Green to securities holders.
Further to the abovementioned announcement, the manager (Nedgroup Beta Solutions (Proprietary)
Limited) and the trustee (FirstRand Bank Limited) of Be Green have now resolved to make a quarterly
distribution to securities holders for the quarter ended 30 June 2013 (“the distribution”) in an amount
of 10.70540 cents (gross) per Be Green security. The distribution will be constituted entirely as a cash
dividend out of income reserves.
The distribution will be made to all securities holders recorded in the register on Friday, 5 July 2013
and will be paid on Monday, 29 July 2013.
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited regarding the new Dividends Tax effective 1
April 2012, the following additional information is provided:
1.    local dividend tax rate is 15%;
2.    no STC credits have been utilised;
3.    the net local dividend amount is 9.09959 cents per Be Green security for security holders liable
      to pay the new Dividends Tax and 10.70540 cents per Be Green security for security holders
      exempt from paying the new Dividends Tax; and
4.    Be Green tax reference number is 1671612164 and the ETF has 7 433 011 participatory
      interests in issue as at the date of this announcement.
