NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The integrated annual report containing audited annual financial statements for the
Group and Company for the year ended 31 March 2013 has been posted to
shareholders today, Wednesday, 17 July 2013. There has been no change from the
audited results for the year ended 31 March 2013, released on SENS on Tuesday, 11
June 2013 and published in the press on Wednesday, 12 June 2013 and the
integrated annual report. The annual financial statements were audited by the
Company`s auditors, Deloitte & Touche and their unmodified report is available for
inspection at Invicta`s registered office.
The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting for the
Company, which will be held in the boardroom, Invicta Holdings Limited, 3rd Floor,
Pepkor House, 36 Stellenberg Road, Parow Industria, Cape Town on Friday, 16
August 2013 at 10:00.
The record date on which members must be recorded in the register maintained by
the transfer secretaries of the Company for the purposes of being entitled to attend
and vote at the meeting is Thursday, 8 August 2013.
