In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Datacentrix (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Pete Backwell, Independent Non-
executive director of the Board, will, following the retirement of Mrs Joan Joffe, the former Lead
Independent Non-executive director, at the Annual General Meeting held on 21 June 2013, assume the role
of Lead Independent Non-executive director and member of the Nominations Committee with immediate
effect.
