Dispatch of Entitlement Offer Booklet

In relation to the Non-Renounceable Entitlement Offer announced on 28 June 2013,
Resource Generation Limited confirms that the Entitlement Offer Booklet together with
each eligible shareholder’s Entitlement and Acceptance Form were mailed to
shareholders on 9 July 2013. This is in accordance with the timetable announced on 28
June 2013 and as set out in the Entitlement Offer Booklet.

The Entitlement Offer opened for acceptances today, 9 July 2013, and will close at
7.00pm (AEST) on 23 July 2013.

 Resource Generation is developing the Boikarabelo coal mine in the Waterberg
 region of South Africa where there are probable reserves of 744.8 million tonnes of
 coal on 35% of the tenements under its control. Stage 1 of the mine development
 targets saleable coal production of 6 million tonnes per annum.
