FINAL DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE STX40 SHARE INSTALMENT

Notice is hereby given of the distribution amount payable for SATRIX 40 and that as a result of the
distribution declaration relating to SATRIX 40 (STX40) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust
have declared a distribution amount of 21.28 cents per STXNIJ share instalment that is payable on
Friday, 12 July 2013. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.

The distribution amount is constituted by:
  - 20.98158 cents in respect of dividends;
  - 0.12822 cents in respect of interest; and
  - 0.1702 cents in respect of other income.

The dividend distribution amount of 20.98158 cents per share instalment is made of a gross local
dividend of 17.57464 cents per share instalment, a gross foreign dividend of 2.96296 cents per share
instalment and a distributable foreign dividend of 0.44398 cents per share instalment.
The gross local dividend of 17.57464 cents per share instalment is subject to the local dividend tax of
15 per cent. STC credits utilized equate to 0.82059 cents per share instalment, resulting in a net local
dividend of 15.06153 cents per share instalment.
The gross foreign dividend of 2.96296 cents per share instalment is subject to the dividend
withholding tax of 15 per cent, resulting in a net foreign dividend of 2.51852 cents per share
instalment.
The distributable foreign dividend of 0.44398 cents per share instalments is a result of the gross
foreign dividend of 0.72354 cents per share instalment, which is subject to a foreign dividend
withholding tax of 20 per cent and portfolio costs amounting to 0.13485 cents per share instalment.
This gross dividend is not subject to the local dividend tax of 15 per cent as the foreign dividend tax
has already deducted.

The last day to trade cum distribution was Friday, 21 June 2013. The Share Instalment commenced
trading ex distribution from Monday, 24 June 2013. The record date was Friday, 28 June 2013.
