Securities, registered as such in terms of the Collective
Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002.

CHANGE IN MANAGMENT FEE CHARGED BY THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO THE
PORTFOLIO

Notice hereby given that db x-trackers (Pty) Limited, the manager
of the ETF, has changed the management fee structure as set out
below effective 1 July 2013. The maximum fee payable by the ETF
will reduce from 1.00% (excl. of VAT) to 0.75% (excl. of VAT).
