Shareholders are advised that a circular, incorporating a notice of general meeting, has been posted
today setting out details regarding the adoption of a new memorandum of incorporation to replace the
existing memorandum and articles of association of Metrofile.

The general meeting of shareholders will be held at MIC Place, 4 Eton Road, Parktown, 2193 on
Wednesday, 24 July 2013 at 08h30.


The record date for voting at the general meeting is Friday, 19 July 2013.
