APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM FINANCIAL DIRECTOR AND CHANGE OF ROLE


In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of
the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, shareholders are advised of the
following changes to the AH-Vest board of directors:


Further to the announcement dated 4 June 2013 regarding the
resignation of Mr Melville Aubrey Hill as financial director with
effect from 4 June 2013, shareholders are advised that Mr Raees
Darsot, an executive director of AH-Vest, has been appointed as
the interim financial director with immediate effect.

The Company will be seeking to appoint a new full time financial
director in due course.
