FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE SHARE CONSOLIDATION

  1. Introduction

  Gijima shareholders are referred to the circular issued on 10
  April 2013 convening a general meeting of shareholders for the
  purpose of considering and, if deemed fit, passing, inter
  alia, the special resolution required to give effect to the
  consolidation of the Company’s shares on a 1 for 20 basis
  (“the Special Resolution” and “the Share Consolidation”).

  Shareholders are further referred to the announcement released
  on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on 9 May
  2013 detailing the results of the general meeting and
  confirming, inter alia, that the Special Resolution was passed
  by the requisite majority of votes. The Special Resolution has
  been filed with and accepted by the Companies and Intellectual
  Property Commission on 14 May 2013. The Share Consolidation is
  accordingly final and not subject to any further conditions.
