TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(i) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, listed companies are required to publish
a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain
that the financial results for the next period to be reported
on will be more than 20% different from those of the previous
corresponding period or from a profit forecast previously
provided to the market in relation to such period.
A review of the financial results for the 12 month period
ended 31 March 2013 has indicated that the company will move
into a loss situation. Accordingly, the basic earnings per
share and the headline earnings per share is expected to
decrease by between 110% and 130%, from the audited figures,
published for the year ended 31 March 2012.
Shareholders are reminded that the company has changed its
year end to 30 June each year and the company will be
publishing reviewed results for its 2nd interim period end 31
March 2013.
The financial information, on which this trading statement is
based, has not been reviewed or reported on by the company’s
auditors.
