CHANGES TO THE BOARD

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:

  •   Ms Sindi Zilwa has been appointed as an independent non-
      executive director of the board and member of the Audit &
      Risk Committee with effect from 1 July 2013. Ms Zilwa is a
      co-founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Nkonki Inc,
      one of the larger auditing firms in the country. She
      qualified as a chartered accountant in 1990. Ms Zilwa is
      currently an independent non-executive director of Aspen
      Pharmacare Holdings Limited and Metrofile Holdings Limited,
      as well as a non-executive director of Discovery Limited.

  •   Mr Tommy Edmond has been appointed as a non-executive
      director of the board and member of the Remuneration and
      Nomination Committee with effect from 1 July 2013. Mr
      Edmond has been the Chief Executive Officer since 2003 of
      Tourvest Holdings Proprietary Limited (a major integrated
      tourism group with operations in many parts of the world)
      and is a qualified chartered accountant. He was previously
      with ABSA Corporate & Merchant Bank as head of the merchant
      banking division.
