Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements were
distributed on 28 June 2013, and contain no modifications to the
audited results, published on the Stock Exchange News Service of
the JSE Limited on Monday, 27 May 2013.

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of
shareholders will be held on 25 July 2013 at 14:00, at the offices
of Famous Brands at 478 James Crescent, Halfway House, Midrand,
