TRADING STATEMENT
In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, a
company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as it becomes aware, with a
reasonable degree of certainty, that the financial results for the next period to be reported
on are likely to vary by more than 20% from the previous corresponding period.
Accordingly, shareholders of the Company are advised that Murray & Roberts expects to
report an attributable profit in the current financial year (FY2013), compared to a loss in
the previous financial year (FY2012).
Shareholders are advised that the financial information on which this trading statement is
based has not been reviewed or reported on by the Group’s external auditors.
Murray & Roberts will publish its annual results for the 12 months to 30 June 2013 on or
about Thursday, 29 August 2013 and will be hosting investor presentations in
Johannesburg (29 August 2013) and Cape Town (02 September 2013).
