Partial de-listing of NewGold debentures

NewGold has, from commencement of business today, de-listed 4,800,000 debentures. The de-
listing is as a result of the redemption of approximately 46,363.495 fine troy ounces of gold
bullion.

Following the de-listing there will be 141,236,300 NewGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 1,364,210.109 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
